She holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from McGill University and is a recipient of the Canada Graduate Research Scholarship – Master’s (CGS-M).

Jeanne recently served as a Social and Behaviour Change Intern at the UNICEF Refugee Response Office in Poland, where she contributed to programs supporting refugees from Ukraine. Her work focused on using behavioural insights and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes in public health, protection, and education for children, adolescents, and their families. She also has public sector experience at the Quebec Ministry of Immigration and the Direction générale de l’indemnisation des victimes d’actes criminels (IVAC), where she conducted research, policy analysis, and strategic communication.

Beyond her professional experience, Jeanne has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to youth advocacy. She was involved for three years with the Secondary Schools’ United Nations Symposium (SSUNS), the premier Model UN conference for middle and high school students in North America, serving as Under-Secretary General for Committee Affairs in her last year. This role deepened her conviction in the importance of empowering young people to engage in international policy discussions and continues to shape her academic and professional pursuits.

Originally from Montreal and now based in Toronto, Jeanne has also lived in Ottawa, Beijing, Tokyo, Paris, and Warsaw. Outside of her studies, she enjoys playing the guitar, working out, and exploring the city with friends.
