Emma is a young public diplomacy and international affairs professional specializing in stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and program operations. She currently serves as a consultant on a European Commission–funded initiative in Canada, where she collaborates with civil society, academic, governmental, and diplomatic partners to advance transatlantic dialogue and deliver concrete policy and outreach outcomes.
She brings direct diplomatic and governmental experience from her roles at the Delegation of the European Union to Canada and the Québec Government Office in London, where she supported political analysis, communications, and bilateral engagement.
Emma holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from KU Leuven (Belgium), graduating with Distinction. Her research examined how public opinion and national political narratives on migration shape European Union policymaking. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University.
During her time in Belgium, she contributed to the America-Europe Youth Forum, advocating for stronger youth participation in transatlantic relations.
Proudly Québécoise, Emma spent 17 years growing up in Morocco. This experience shaped her deeply international perspective and multilingual profile, including fluency in Arabic.
