Gatineau, QC

Cloé is a proud Québécoise with a background in multilateral diplomacy, international development, and global policy. She began her multilateral career at the Permanent Mission of Canada to the World Trade Organization in Geneva and has since worked on Canada’s engagement in the G7 and G20, multilateral negotiations at the United Nations, and the logistics of several Canadian-led international events, including the G7 Summit in Kananaskis.

She holds two Master’s degrees, in International Law and Politics from Université de Sherbrooke and in Humanitarian Issues from Sciences Po Bordeaux.

Having had the opportunity to participate in an ICAO Model Council as a student, Cloé is keen to help create similar opportunities for young Canadians to engage in international affairs and contribute to a dynamic community of emerging leaders in diplomacy.

Outside of work, she loves travelling, trying new wines and restaurants, and hitting the gym. She is always looking for her next adventure or a good excuse to plan one.
