Chinasa Success is a human resources leader, career mentor, and community advocate with experience spanning strategic human resources, recruitment, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and employee development. She currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at a multinational financial services corporation, supporting leaders across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and Asia on people strategy and organizational priorities. 

She brings cross-industry experience across financial services, oil and gas, nuclear energy, consulting, workforce solutions, and the public sector, with a career focused on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.

Chinasa holds a Master of Management in Human Resources Management from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor’s degree in Education and English from the University of Lagos. She has also been actively engaged with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), including serving for two years as a Chapter Council Member with HRPA’s Western Region, contributing to professional development, community engagement, and the advancement of the HR profession.

She is the Founder and Project Lead of Thryveo, a mentorship and workforce-readiness initiative focused on supporting youth and early-career professionals through career development, leadership programming, mentorship, and community connections. Her mentorship and volunteer work has included serving as a Career Mentor with Toronto Metropolitan University’s Tri-Mentoring Program and Concordia University of Edmonton, as well as career-development and community engagements with ACCES Employment and community initiatives in the City of Burlington.

Through Young Diplomats of Canada, Chinasa brings a people-centred perspective grounded in human resources strategy, inclusion, mentorship, and community development. She has a strong interest in advancing meaningful youth participation in national and global conversations and creating opportunities for young people to build confidence, expand their networks, develop their leadership capacity, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
