Christina Kabongo is a Canadian public servant with a background in international law and international relations. She holds a Master’s degree in International Law (LL.M) from University of Montreal and a graduate program in diplomatic and strategic affairs from University Laval. She has developed experience across the public service, international simulations such as National Model United Nations & Model ICAO, and community engagement. Her professional and academic interests include immigration, international relations, diplomacy, and the protection of children’s rights.

With a strong interest in international affairs and youth engagement and as a Communications Advisor with Young Diplomats of Canada (YDC), she seeks to amplify youth voices, highlight their perspectives, and encourage their meaningful participation in public and international affairs.

Born and based in Montreal, and of Congolese origins, Christina is fluent in French and English and is familiar with Spanish. She is particularly passionate about the representation and inclusion of minority communities and believes in the importance of seeing diverse voices represented in spaces where decisions and conversations take place. Through her work and engagements, she hopes to lead by example and inspire others to believe that what may seem impossible can become possible when you believe.
