Brenda Okorogba is an award-winning Learning Experience Designer, Resource Mobilization Advisor, and Community Builder with over a decade of experience advancing gender equity, education, economic empowerment, and inclusive leadership across Canada, Ghana, Eswatini, and Ethiopia. She has advised government agencies, nonprofits, and global initiatives on feminist policy, climate resilience, disability inclusion, land rights, youth employment, and financial inclusion.
Through her firm, Momentswithbren Consulting, she strengthens mission-driven organizations by designing equitable programs and unlocking sustainable resources. Brenda has sourced and mobilized over $5 billion in funding, including scholarships, grants, research awards, and innovation capital, connecting students, early-career researchers, emerging professionals, smallholder farmers, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits to life-changing opportunities.
