Amy Ricker is a Master’s student at Carleton University’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, specializing in Diplomacy and Foreign Policy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with Distinction in Political Science and International Relations from Simon Fraser University, where she was active in student leadership, human rights advocacy, and international affairs initiatives. Amy has participated in the NATO Field School program in Europe and currently contributes to the Canadian Defence and Security Network’s Field Report podcast. Her research and extracurricular work focus on international security, diplomacy, and the protection of human rights.
