Alliance B. Daniels is a dynamic government relations and strategic communications professional passionate about youth empowerment, diplomacy, and inclusive economic development. Of Congolese descent and raised in Surrey, British Columbia, her interest in politics began in high school, where she twice attended the Vancouver Model United Nations and represented her school and the Rotary Club of Surrey at the 2012 Adventures in Citizenship Program in Ottawa.

She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, where she was active in the International Relations Student Association and the Model UN Club, and studied abroad at Uppsala University in Sweden, focusing on peace and conflict resolution. Alliance also holds a Public Relations Certificate from Simon Fraser University and an Executive Certificate in MBA Essentials from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

As a senior advisor to several Federal Cabinet Ministers on Parliament Hill, Alliance has led national engagement strategies, advised on over $1 billion in public investments, and crafted communications that supported key policy wins and strengthened public trust. She is an alumna of the Black Diplomats Academy and is keenly interested to strengthening Canada-Africa relations through economic collaboration and diaspora engagement.

As a Board Member of Young Diplomats of Canada, Alliance is focused on advancing youth representation in diplomacy and supporting YDC’s capacity-building efforts.
